Bought it for $5 on Kindle. 80 pages.
Interesting to read a booklet focused dark roasting. It has given me some pointers about how I should plan my future roasts. It is written in an easy to read way and entertaining. I am not at Mr Hoos level so I can't follow all his reasoning but what I got out of it was definitely worth the price of admission to me.
