My name is Stefan and I live in Sweden. I am 56 years old and work as a marine engineer on a merchant vessel. I started to roast in June -22 on the M1 so I am not a very experienced roaster myself. I mostly like dark roasts or maybe medium-dark so I am very far from the trendy light roast gang in my own personal tastes. Taste is a matter of personal preference though so I see no right or wrong in things like that.
I created this forum in an effort to collect all Kaleido related information in one spot. I own a M1 and am planning to upgrade to a bigger model so I take notice when I find Artisan setting files etc on the net. I have seen people ask for that in other forums. I hope this will be a spot where Kaleido owners can exchange experiences and learn from each other.
I also hope I will gain a lot of knowledge through this forum if it ever gains any traction. I have pretty low hopes for any large amount of members due to other web projects that failed. If I can get in touch with some other Kaleido owners so we can learn from each other I will consider this little "project" a win. I created it using free forum software so it can be left on the net as a resource for Kaleido owners "forever". I will add and update to it for as long as I can.
